Los Lunas, New Mexico, sell all the right, title and interest of the above-named Defendants in and to the hereinafter described real estate to the highest bidder for cash. The property to be sold is located at 429 Godfrey Avenue, Belen, and is situate in Valencia County, New Mexico, and is particularly described as follows: Lot numbered Thirty-Two (32) in block Three (3) of ENCHANTED MESA UNIT FIVE (5) as the same is shown and designated on the plat of said subdivision filed in the office of the County Clerk of Valencia County, New Mexico in Plat Cabinet B, Folio 255 on January 1, 1972. THE FOREGOING SALE will be made to satisfy a judgment rendered by the above Court in the above entitled and numbered cause on September 3, 2009, being an action to foreclose a mortgage on the above described property. The Plaintiff's Judgment, which includes interest and costs, is $155,442.77 and the same bears interest at 9.875% per annum from August 15, 2009, to the date of sale. The amount of such interest to the date of sale will be $2,817.67. The Plaintiff and/or its assignees has the right to bid at such sale and submit its bid verbally or in writing.
