REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR 3-YEAR TERM AUDIT SERVICES The Navajo Townsite Community Development Corporation (NTCDC) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit the low income housing development projects funded by the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 (NAHASDA) program. The term of the audit shall be for a three year operating period; and the scope of work shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Single Audit Act and OMB Circular A-133. The proposal requirements outlined in the RFP packets NTCDC-09-02 can be obtained by calling Ms. Yvonne Begay, Executive Assistant at (505) 777-2246 or pick up packets at the NTCDC office, Route 12 Mill Rd, Navajo, NM. PUBLIC NOTICE The State Parks Division (Division) of the New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD) seeks offers to provide environmental and cultural resource compliance services and documentation for Division projects throughout New Mexico. Successful Offeror(s) shall prepare Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, or portions thereof, including biological and cultural resource evaluations, consistent with the National Environmental Policy Act. Successful Offeror(s) shall also prepare cultural resource evaluations, which must be consistent with the National Historic Preservation Act or the New Mexico Cultural Properties Act. Contract work shall be conducted on an on-call basis, prior to land acquisition or development projects related to properties owned or managed by the Division. The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit submittals from firms that demonstrate expertise and experience in conducting cultural resource inventories and environmental assessments and preparing the resulting reports. The Division has approximately $400,000 available to support the work of this RFP and may award multiple contracts as a result of this RFP.
