PUBLIC NOTICE Air Quality Authority-to-Construct Permit for Verizon Wireless Verizon Wireless (applicant) has submitted an application, for an Authority-To-Construct permit, to the Air Quality Division (Division) of the City of Albuquerque Environmental Health Department. The application was received by the Division on 8/18/2009. The facility is located at 5420 Watson Dr. SE, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
