Box 737 116 Mouache Drive Ignacio, Colorado 81137 970-563-0138 The Southern Ute Indian Tribe is requesting proposals from qualified general contractors to pre-qualify for the closed competitive bidding of the new Multi-purpose/Memorial Chapel. A maximum of 6 qualified general contractors will be selected by the proposal review committee based on contractor qualifications, experience, and prior performance. The selected general contractors will then have the exclusive opportunity to submit a bid on the project during the competitive sealed bidding process due on April 23, 2009. This will be a closed bidding process, with only the selected contractors allowed to bid on the project.
