REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR 3-YEAR TERM AUDIT SERVICES The Navajo Townsite Community Development Corporation (NTCDC) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit the low income housing development projects funded by the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 (NAHASDA) program. The term of the audit shall be for a three year operating period; and the scope of work shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Single Audit Act and OMB Circular A-133. The proposal requirements outlined in the RFP packets NTCDC-09-02 can be obtained by calling Ms. Yvonne Begay, Executive Assistant at (505) 777-2246 or pick up packets at the NTCDC office, Route 12 Mill Rd, Navajo, NM. All proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. on May 4, 2009 at the NTCDC office, P. O. Box 876, Navajo, New Mexico 87328. Questions on the RFP can be directed to Ms. Yvonne Begay.
