COUNTY OF BERNALILLO General Contractors and Subcontractors Prequalifications James McGrane Jr., Public Safety Complex Project Prequalification # GC-0014-10-DE (General Contractor) Prequalification # Sub-0010-14-DE (Subcontractor) The Bernalillo County Purchasing Department is soliciting responses from prospective General Contractors and Subcontractors who specialize in the construction of Public Safety, Sheriff, and/or Fire Station projects to prequalify for construction services for the James McGrane Jr. Public Safety Complex Project. The Project will consist of three components: Construction of a new fire station, construction of a new sheriff sub-station, and an emergency operations center, all housed under one roof. Trades for Subcontractor prequalification are: Plumbing/Mechanical, Roofing, Electrical, and Fire Sprinkler System. The construction documents are being prepared by Vigil & Associates.
