The property to be sold is located at 9305 Upper Meadow Ave SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87121, (if there is a conflict between the legal description and the street address, the legal description shall control) and is more particularly described as follows: Lot numbered Twenty-one-P1 (21-P1) in Block numbered One (1) of THE MEADOWS AT ANDERSON HILLS, UNIT 5, within the Town of Atrisco Grant, City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the plat thereof, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on September 22, 2005, in Book 2005C, Page 312, including any improvements, fixtures, and attachments, such as, but not limited to, mobile homes.
