The rehabilitation work will include, but not be limited to, the aeration basins and blowers, grit control, dewatering facilities, digestor improvements and other systems. The work also includes a power coordination study of the existing plant. Design phase services will be authorized for the first two years of rehabilitation work and additional work may be authorized. Construction phase services may be authorized. The Project Manager shall have a minimum of ten years of wastewater treatment plant analysis and design experience. Respondents to this Notice of Request for Proposals must attend a MANDATORY pre-submittal meeting on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at 1:30pm at One Civic Plaza, 9th Floor, Room 9081, Albuquerque/ Bernalillo County Government Center, Albuquerque, NM 87102, at which time and place additional information will be discussed concerning each of the projects and questions relating to each project will be addressed.
