Request For Proposals Northern New Mexico College (the College or NNMC) has completed the design of, and is preparing to construct the College of Education Building on College property at the Espanola Campus. The College is inviting qualified firms to submit their qualifications in response to this Request For Proposals for LEED Commissioning Services adequate to meet certification for LEED Silver design and requirements specified in the Governor's Executive Order 2006-001, State of New Mexico Energy Efficient Green Facility Standards for State Facilities. At a minimum, Fundamental Commissioning will be required. The final scope of services will be determined during contract negotiations with the selected Commissioning Agent. The contract for Commissioning Services will be negotiated and executed between the Commissioning Agent and the College. The RFP Response should address the interest of the firm to satisfy the College's objectives and clearly demonstrate the team's capability to achieve the scope of work. Careful review of the RFP and a response specific to the instructions, objectives and criteria is required. This RFP was prepared in accordance with current State Procurement Statutes. The College of Education Building consists of approximately 10,600 gross square feet (gsf) on two levels, providing classroom, office, resource and building support spaces. The site is located on the Espanola Campus, west of the Administration Building. The RFP documents, including submittal requirements, selection criteria and schedule, will be available on Monday, July 6, 2009 from the NNMC Procurement Officer.
