VILLAGE OF CORRALES LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL No. 2009-006 Village Public Defender Attorney Services The Village of Corrales is requesting competitive sealed proposals (RFP) for Village Public Defender Attorney Services. The Request for Proposal Number 2009-006 is on file and available at the Village Administration Offices, located at 4324 Corrales Road, Corrales, New Mexico during regular office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), Monday thru Friday. It may also be downloaded at www.corrales-nm.org/rfp.htm. Submittal deadline is May 29, 2009 at 4pm. The proposals will be opened for evaluation at a later date. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered. AIS GOVERNING BOARD NOTICE OF BUSINESS LICENSE AND TAXPAYER REQUIREMENTS FOR PERSONS DOING BUSINESS ON THE ALBUQUERQUE INDIAN SCHOOL SITE The Governing Board of the AIS Property that has been appointed by resolution of the 19 Pueblos of NM hereby gives notice to all persons selling goods and services on the Albuquerque Indian School lands of adoption of a Business License and Taxation Ordinance and execution of a Cooperative Agreement with the NM Taxation and Revenue Department (NMTRD). The Ordinance and Cooperative Agreement are effective starting July 1, 2009. All persons selling goods and services on the Albuquerque Indian School lands must submit an application for a Business License. Each Pueblo Indian taxpayer must report and pay applicable taxes within 30 days of the end of each calendar quarter directly to the AIS Governing Board. A tax reporting form will be provided that can be copied as needed. Each other taxpayer will report and pay taxes based on information received from the NMTRD.
