NEW MEXICO GAMING CONTROL BOARD One-Day Special Board Meeting Notice The New Mexico Gaming Control Board will conduct a one-day special Board meeting at Board headquarters located at 4900 Alameda NE, Albuquerque, NM. On Thursday, March 4, 2010, the Board will meet in closed executive session commencing at 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., at which time they will meet in open session. A final agenda will be available to the public at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by calling Denise Leyba at the NMGCB Office at 505-841-9733 during regular business hours, or by checking the website at www.nmgcb.org. NOTICE OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA ADVISORY BOARD MEETING The New Mexico Department of Health will hold a Medical Marijuana Advisory Board meeting on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 to review and recommend to the department the approval of additional debilitating medical conditions that would benefit from the medical use of cannabis. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Harold Runnels Building Auditorium, located at 1190 St. Francis Drive, Santa Fe, New Mexico. The public hearing will be conducted to elect a Chairperson, discuss Severe Chronic Pain requirements, and accept and review petitions from any individual or association of individuals requesting the addition of a new medical condition, medical treatment or disease for the purpose of participating in the medical cannabis program. The Department will accept petitions until March 9, 2010 in the office of the Medical Cannabis program, Runnels Building Room S-1310, 1190 St. Francis Drive, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505. CITY OF RIO RANCHO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) RFP NO. 10-PW-09 UTILITY BILLING SERVICES The City of Rio Rancho, Department of Financial Services, 3200 Civic Center Circle, NE, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87144, will receive proposals for UTILITY BILLING SERVICES, no later than Monday, March 29, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. local time at the Office of the City Clerk, Suite 150. The City of Rio Rancho is requesting proposals from qualified firms for Utility Billing Services including print production and support for the City utility bills. The City produces approximately 30,000 to 32,000 utility service bills including corrected bills, off cycle bills, and final bills. Approximately 10,000 delinquent notices are also mailed each month. Each statement is to be printed, inserted with a return payment envelope, sorted, and mailed within a twenty-four (24) hour period. Inserts are included with the utility service bills for a one (1) month period approximately four (4) times a year or as needed. Statements shall interface with the City's AS 400 based HTE utility billing system. Vendor shall be able to upload and down load data between systems. The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is soliciting proposals for one or more contractors to provide safe exchange and supervised visitation services in the Second Judicial District (Bernalillo County), pursuant to Section 40-12-5.1 (NMSA 1978), as amended. According to statute, a judicial district may create a safe exchange and supervised visitation program by local court rule approved by the Supreme Court. . . . In a safe exchange and supervised visitation program, the district court may employ or contract with a person (1) with whom a child may be left by one parent for a short period while waiting to be picked up by the other parent; or (2) to supervise visits among one or both parents and the child. The AOC must receive proposals no later than Friday, April 9, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. MST.
