COUNTY OF BERNALILLO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) RFP# 36-10-CS Operator/Management Services for the South Valley Economic Development Center Bernalillo County ("County") Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from Offerors to provide Operator/Management services for the South Valley Economic Development Center located at 318 Isleta Blvd in Bernalillo County. The facility is in its fifth year of operation and provides incubator services for new and emerging business. For registered vendors, pertinent RFP information, including the Scope of Services and the proposed contract document and any issued addendums pertaining to this procurement can be downloaded through the purchasing website at no cost. For firms not registered, we encourage interested parties to register through the County's purchasing website, www.bernco.gov/purchasing to have the ability to download the RFP document and any issued addendums immediately following registration. Registration is required to receive the RFP document.
