VETERANS AFFAIRS SEEKING MEDICAL SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease space yielding 5,724 square feet of rentable space in Raton, NM for medical space usage. Rentable space must yield 4,770 office area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space must be handicap and public transportation accessible, ADA compliant and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. On-site parking for 45 vehicles is required 6 have to be designated as Disabled/Handicapped. The lease will be a full service lease with a lease term for five (5) years, with one five (5) year renewal option. The available space must be within the city limits of Raton, NM.
