REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Pueblo pf Zia Housing Services (PZHS) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals in the field of Housing Inspections, for the inspection of 14 homes in the Pueblo of Zia, Sandoval County, NM. Scope of Work The purpose of this RFP is to select an inspector who has experience in rehab construction costs. Purpose and need PZHS is seeking a report for the estimated cost to rehab 14 roofs. The Pueblo of Zia Housing plans to rehab 14 roofs. These houses are built in the southwest traditional style of flat roof. The work requires the inspection of the house and a cost estimate for the work. PZHS will use the information for the planning of housing rehabilitation.
