REQUEST FOR SEALED PROPOSALS (RFP# RPD 0311-CAC) The City of Albuquerque is requesting sealed proposals for the following described real property located within Bernalillo County subject to all exceptions to title, reservations, restrictions, encumbrances, options and easements of record, Zoning, subdivision and other land use regulations. SUMMARY NOTICE OF BOND SALE New Mexico Finance Authority $40,405,000* Senior Lien Public Project Revolving Fund Revenue Bonds Series 2012B Bids will be received by the New Mexico Finance Authority (the "Finance Authority") through PARITY on July 26, 2012 All bids for the Series 2012B Bonds must be submitted electronically via PARITY pursuant to the Official Notice of Bond Sale from 7:30 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. prevailing Mountain Time, on July 26, 2012. No telephone, telefax, telegraph or personal delivery bids will be accepted. The Series 2012B Bonds will be dated as of the date of delivery and will mature on September 1 in the years 2013 through 2026. The Series 2012B Bonds will be registered in book-entry form through DTC. The Series 2012B Bonds will be sold in one block on an "all or none" basis, and at a price not less than one hundred percent (100%). No serial bond maturity may bear a price of less than ninety-nine percent (99%). Interest rates bid must be in a multiple of one-eighth (1/8) of one percent (1%) or one-twentieth (1/20) of one percent (1%). A zero interest rate may not be specified, and the rate of interest on any Series 2012B Bond may not exceed the rate of interest on any other Series 2012B Bond by more than four percent (4.0%) per annum. The highest interest rate bid may not exceed five and one-half percent (5.5%) per annum. NOTICE OF AIR QUALITY PERMIT APPLICATION Intel Corporation announces its intent to apply to the New Mexico Environment Department for a revision to the air quality permit for its Rio Rancho semiconductor processing facility, Air Quality Permit #0325-M11-R2. The expected date of application submittal to the Department's Air Quality Bureau is July 13, 2012. This notice is a requirement of the New Mexico air quality regulations. The Intel Rio Rancho facility is located at 4100 Sara Road, Rio Rancho, NM 87124 at the southeast corner of the intersection of Sara Road SE and Rio Rancho Blvd, Rio Rancho, NM in Sandoval County. NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FUNDS Be it known that Casa Angelica, 5629 Isleta Blvd. SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105 intends to apply for financial assistance under the Federal Transit Administration's 5310 Transit Programs Bureau of the New Mexico State Highway and Transportation Department. If awarded, this grant will allow the purchase of a wheelchair accessible van with a wheelchair lift which will in turn allow the operation of transportation services for children and young adults with Developmental Disabilities to include transportation to medical appointments, community and volunteer services, shopping and outings in the community as called forth in the resident's program plans. Transportation services will be offered to the residents of Casa Angelica located in Albuquerque's South Valley area to assure that each individual living at Casa Angelica is fully included in community life and recreation. Federal law and state administrative procedures require that all other transportation providers servicing the area be given a fair and timely opportunity to participate to the maximum extent feasible in the planning and provision of the proposed transportation services.
