SECOND NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID Competitive sealed bids for the Zuni Senior Center Flood Mitigation will be received by the Pueblo of Zuni, attention: Purchasing Department, Pueblo of Zuni, P.O. Box 339, 1203B State Highway 53, Zuni, New Mexico, 87327, until March 2, 2009, at 2:00 pm. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud on March 2, 2009, at 2:10 pm at the Zuni Tribal Building Conference Room (same street address as bid received location). Zuni Senior Center Flood Mitigation will include: 1. Furnish and Install 1 Lift Station 2. Grade 1 Storm Water Detention Pond 3. Grade Site to Drain to Detention Pond 4. Approximately 7,500 SY of Asphalt 5. Approximately 2,000 CY of Flood Diversion Berms This bid is subject to the requirements of the Bid and Contract Documents, as defined in "Instructions to Bidders," which includes compliance with the Zuni Labor Code and Tribal Employment Rights Office Guidelines. A non-mandatory pre-Bid conference will be held on February 19, 2009, at 1:00 pm, at the Zuni Senior Center, 1386 State Highway 53, Zuni NM 87327. Request For Proposals The Isleta Pueblo Housing Authority (IPHA) is requesting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms for the following scope of services: Design, Construction Drawings, Estimate, and Engineering Support for a new water and sewer main for the Lizard Flats Subdivision located on the Isleta Indian Reservation. The design must include the following: 1) A water main extension that will accommodate 10 homes to be built on the Lizard Flats Subdivision; 2) A sewer main that will accommodate 10 homes to be built on the Lizard Flats Subdivision and 34 to 36 homes located on Tribal Road 76, depending on the direction of the main; 3) A sewer lift station All design aspects shall comply with HUD, Indian Health Services, and local building requirements, which include but not limited to: Preliminary Engineering Report, Design Concepts, Design Survey, Data Acquisition & Evaluation, and Rights-of-Way drawings. A MANDATORY site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at 9:00 A.M. Please meet at the IPHA office.
