REVISED Notice is hereby given that on July 2, 2009 and August 28, 2009, Jordan C. and Beverly K. Pareo, P. O. The applicants state that the reason for the temporary transfer is that the transferred water rights are not needed for the exercise of Permit SP-4842 for the retention period.
