ORDER NO. 09-55 November 23, 2009 ORDER EXTENDING CERTAIN DEADLINES BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO Pursuant to my authority under Section 7-38-85 NMSA 1978, I hereby extend the following deadline found in Section 7-38-27 of the Property Tax Code with respect to the 2009 - tax year only: 1) The deadline for the second request for Bernalillo County Assessor to resolve protests from December 28, 2009 to no later than January 27, 2010.
