Request For Proposals The Isleta Pueblo Housing Authority (IPHA) is requesting proposals from qualified professional Architectural and Engineering Services to design a residential subdivision with 0.25 acre lots and associated infrastructure on approximately 13 acres located on the Pueblo of Isleta Indian Reservation. The response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Edward Paul Torres, IPHA Executive Director and clearly marked: Architectural and Engineering Services: Sandy Hills Subdivision RFP: N09-063 This RFP is non-restricted and the contract will be awarded pursuant to the IPHA, Pueblo of Isleta (POI), and Federal procurement policies. The contract award for this project is subject to the approval of the Pueblo Of Isleta Tribal Council and Federal Procurement Policies.
