BEFORE THE NEW MEXICO PUBLIC REGULATION COMMISSION SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF ELITE MEDICAL TRANSPORT, LLC FOR AN ENDORSEMENT TO CERTIFICATE Docket No. 09-00090-TR-M NO. 54111 AND TEMPORARY AUTHORITY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AN ENDORSEMENT TO CERTIFICATE NO. 54111 AND TEMPORARY AUTHORITY The Transportation Division ("Staff") of the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission ("Commission") hereby gives notice that Elite Medical Transport, LLC, has moved the Commission to grant an Endorsement to Certificate No. 54111 and Temporary Authority. The applicant has applied for authority to provide ambulance service from points and places in Dona Ana County to points and places in the State of New Mexico and return, with equipment is to be stationed at 1680 Hickory Loop, Suite B, Las Cruces, New Mexico 88005. Any member of the general public desiring a copy of the application for Endorsement to Certificate No. 54111 and Temporary Authority may obtain a copy by contacting the Docket Filing Unit of the Commission and paying the appropriate fee.
