NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Special Master will on January 5, 2010 at 10:35 AM, outside the front entrance of the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, NM 87103, sell and convey to the highest bidder for cash all the right, title, and interest of the above-named defendants in and to the following described real estate located in said County and State: Unit numbered Six (6) of the Summer Hills Condominium as the same is described in the Declaration of Condominium of Summer Hills Condominium filed in Book 9621, page 964 as Document No. 96085272, records of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, together with an undivided interest in and to the Common Elements as set forth therein, and as shown on designated on the Plat of Summer Hills Condominium filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on August 9, 1996, as Document No. 96089021. The address of the real property is 12333 Mountain Road NE, Unit A, Albuquerque, NM. Said sale will be made pursuant to the Decree of Foreclosure entered on September 17, 2009, in the above entitled and numbered cause, which was a suit to foreclose a mortgage held by the above Plaintiff and wherein Plaintiff was adjudged to have a lien against the above-described real estate in the sum of $65,041.93 plus interest from August 31, 2009 to the date of sale at the rate of 6.125% per annum, the costs of sale, including the Special Master's fee, publication costs, and Plaintiff's costs expended for taxes, insurance, and keeping the property in good repair.
