NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND BOND SALE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of the Albuquerque Municipal School District No. 12, Counties of Bernalillo and Sandoval, New Mexico (the "Board"), will receive and publicly open bids at the Administrative Offices of the District, City Center, 6400 Uptown Boulevard NE, Suite 610E, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., prevailing Mountain Time, on April 15, 2009, for the purchase of $124,700,000 Albuquerque Municipal School District No. 12, General Obligation School Building Bonds, Series 2009A (the "Series 2009A Bonds"). The Board will meet in a regular meeting at 5:00 p.m., on April 15, 2009, at Albuquerque Public Schools, 6400 Uptown Blvd., NE (John Milne Community Board Room, 6400 Uptown Boulevard NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, to take action to award the Series 2009A Bonds. For the Series 2009A bonds each bidder must submit an unconditional, written and sealed or electronic transmission bid on the Official Bid Form for all of the Series 2009A Bonds, specifying the lowest rate or rates of interest and premium, if any, at or above par at which such bidder will purchase the bonds. The maximum net effective interest rate is 10% per annum and the maximum stated interest rate permitted is 10% per annum. Further limitations and information concerning the interest rates which may be bid for the Series 2009A Bonds and otherwise concerning bidding are set forth in the Official Notice of Bond Sale, of which this notice is a condensation. None of the Series 2009A Bonds will be sold at less than the principal amount thereof and accrued interest thereon. Legal Notice New Mexico Department of Public Safety State Police, Training Division, Motor Transportation Division FY09 Request for Proposals No. 10-790-00-00864 March 30, 2009 The State of New Mexico Department of Public Safety (DPS) is requesting proposals in response to an RFP for providing medical examinations for all applicants to the Law Enforcement Program of DPS. The purpose of this RFP is to select and contract with qualified vendor(s) from the offeror(s) who respond to the RFP. This RFP is an invitation to provide services to the DPS, however, DPS reserves the right to cancel this RFP and/or to reject any proposal in whole or in part. The proposed contracts for FY 2010 shall become effective upon approval of the Department of Finance and Administration and may be effective for one to four years at the discretion of the DPS. The term is contingent upon needs of the DPS and satisfactory performance.
