NAVAJO HOUSING AUTHORITY RFP #139, Architectural & Engineering Services - 65 New Housing Units The Navajo Housing Authority (NHA) is seeking Indian-Owned Architectural & Engineering Firms to provide the design of 65 new housing units in four subdivisions located in the State of New Mexico. The Design Professional will provide full architectural and engineering design services; incorporation of Green Building Practices; use of locally produced and sustainable building blocks; incorporate Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED); and ensure the design is fully assessable in compliance with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS).
