PUEBLO OF ZUNI P.O. Box 339 Zuni, N.M. 87327 NOTICE TO AIRPORT CONSULTANTS The Pueblo of Zuni, New Mexico is hereby soliciting statements of qualifications and experience from airport consultants for projects at the Zuni Pueblo Airport. The projects may consist of the following: 1. New Airport Boundary Survey, Plat and Description. 2. Topographic Mapping for New Airport Layout and Design 3, New Airport - Airport layout Plan. 4. New Airport Land Designation by Tribal Council Resolution 5. New Airport Runway/Taxiway/ Apron. 6. New Airport airfield electrical system/navigational aids. 7. New Airport Site Utilities. 8. New Airport Site access/fencing/security/facilities. 9. Prepare DBE program and goals 10. Prepare and update SWPPP. 11. Environmental services, excluding project specific Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Assessments. 12. Update Airport Layout Plan. 13. Prepare grant application/ pre-applications and on call engineering services. 14. Construction administration, observation and management. 15. Other projects that may be approved over the four (4) year period of this contract for services. Services to be provided and selection processes are outlined in FAA Advisory Circular 150/ 5100-14D Services required (Chapter 1) include, but are not limited to, A/E services for all phases and necessary incidental services for projects funded by NMDOT - Aviation Division and/or FAA grants within four (4) years subject to review on an annual basis. Selection criteria (Chapter 2) will include recent experience in airport projects, capability to perform all aspects of project, reputation, ability to meet schedules within budget, quality of previous airport projects undertaken, familiarity with the project location, understanding of the airport and proposed, and approach to proposed project. Fees will be negotiated for projects on a task order basis as grants are obtained. This contract is subject to the provisions of Executive Order 11246 (Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity) and to the provisions of Department of Transportation Regulations 49 CFR Part 26 (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation) and to foreign trade restrictions.
