CITY OF RIO RANCHO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP NO. 09-AD-01 EVENTS CENTER MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS The City of Rio Rancho (the "City"), Department of Financial Services, 3200 Civic Center Circle NE, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87144, will receive proposals for management & operations of its multi-purpose events center, no later than Friday, January 30, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. local time.
