PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to 25 C.F.R. 151.12(b), this provides notice of a Final Agency Determination by the Laguna Agency, Bureau of Indian Affairs ("BIA"), Laguna, New Mexico approving a fee-to-trust land acquisition for the Pueblo of Laguna. Pursuant to this action, this land consisting of three parcels totaling 99.5623 acres, more or less, known as the Bowlin North Property, will be placed in trust status for the benefit of the Pueblo of Laguna and will be under the jurisdiction of the BIA, Laguna Agency. The land is located in Bernalillo County, and is bounded to the north and west by tracts of privately-owned undeveloped land, and to the southwest by the I-40 right of way. The land is contiguous at the northwest corner and the southwest corner to the existing Laguna Indian Reservation. The land is also described as those certain parcels of land known as Parcels I, II, and III, situated in projected Section 3, Township 9 North, Range 1 West, N.M.P.M., within the Town of Atrisco Grant, in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, more particularly described by survey filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on October 19, 2007, in Book 2007S, page 80, as Document No. 2007147071, performed by Brian K.
