Request for Commissioning Services The Hopi Junior/Senior High School, Keams Canyon, Arizona, requests Qualification Statements from Commissioning firms who are licensed to practice in the states of Arizona and New Mexico. The selected firm shall provide commissioning services, as requested. The project consists of the Commissioning of Systems of the approved and validated Program of Requirements for American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Project No. Y9H10. Systems to be commissioned shall include only those covered in the authorized scope of the project: Including: HVAC(boilers, chillers, pumps, piping, and air distribution); Building Automation System consisting of HVAC direct digital controls; Life Safety System consisting of fire alarm system, fire sprinkler system and fire, smoke dampers; Plumbing system consisting of domestic hot water, cold water, waste and vent piping systems, domestic hot water system and plumbing fixtures/ valves; Electrical systems consisting of lighting and receptacle systems, electrical panels, transformers, motor control centers, electrical motors and other electrical items(non-emergency power).
