    REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Cuba Soil and Water Conservation District (Cuba SWCD) requests competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals for forest fuels reduction/forest and watershed health treatments for the Cuba region of the Jemez Mountains. Cuba SWCD plans to enter into a services contract/agreement with the successful offeror as a result of this request. Cuba reserves the right to also award the contract to multiple offerors in its best interest.
