The New Mexico Human Services Department's Medical Assistance Division (MAD) is providing this notice for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding proposed changes to State Plan Amendment (SPA) 21-0011. The Department is removing high fidelity wraparound (HFW) from two of the CareLink New Mexico (CLNM) Health Homes in order to comply with New Mexico's 1115 waiver amendment to expand HFW throughout the State. This will assure there is no duplication of service for these beneficiaries. Both CLNM Health Homes sites will have the option of becoming HFW providers within the new State initiative. The estimated financial impact is a reduction of HFW per member per month payments within the CLNM Health Homes. The estimated savings is $647,188 in state Medicaid funds and $2,574,253 in federal funds for FFY 22. OPPORTUNITY TO VIEW DOCUMENTS AND MAKE COMMENTS: Medicaid providers, Medicaid recipients, and other interested parties are invited to make comments on this proposal.
