Santa Fe County, New Mexico Solid Waste Convenience Centers Begin Punching Permits on August 1, 2020 Effective August 1, 2020, Santa Fe County will begin punching Solid Waste Trip Punch Permits at its Solid Waste Convenience Centers. In essence, this means that use of Convenience Centers is no longer free. Reinstatement of permit punching was accomplished via the Notice of Action Pursuant to COVID-19 Emergency Ordinance, executed by the County Manager on July 28, 2020, effective August 1, 2020.
