NOTICE OF SELECTION OF APPLICATION FOR PROJECT BASED SECTION 8 VOUCHERS FOR AHA-OWNED UNITS The Albuquerque Housing Authority (AHA) has selected a new construction project for the issuance of Project Based Section 8 Vouchers. The AHA-owned Broadway McKnight project was selected for an award of thirteen (13) project-based vouchers and will be built at 1840-1878 Broadway Place NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102. The project developer/owner is Albuquerque Housing Authority. The application was selected through the ongoing "walk-up" process available for proposals from property owners to receive an allocation of Project Based Section 8 Vouchers. AHA-owned units may be assisted under the Project Based Voucher program only when an independent entity reviews the selection process and determines that the AHA-owned units were appropriately selected based on the selection procedures specified in the AHA administrative plan. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TRANSPORTATION CENTER MASTER PLAN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Notice is hereby given that the Village of Los Lunas is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of approximately 12 acres of land in the Los Lunas Transportation Center/Station Metropolitan Redevelopment Area.
