Belen Consolidated Schools is a school district with a current student population around 3,883 students and 700 employees. The district owns and operates approximately 16 schools, administrative and support sites located throughout Valencia County, with one being in Socorro County. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified and established company or firm to provide our district a uniform rental service. We estimate approximately 65 employees at various sites requiring uniforms (35 custodians, 6 technology persons, 15-20 maintenance personnel, 5 mechanics and 5 warehouse/food service personnel). REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 2018-04-401 The County of Socorro, State of New Mexico, in cooperation with the Counties of Catron, Cibola, Curry, Sierra and Valencia, collectively "Cooperating Counties" seeks sealed proposals to engage a law firm to act as Special Legal Counsel ("Special Legal Counsel") to represent the Cooperating Counties in connection with an investigation and possible litigation involving the manufacture, marketing, sale and distribution of prescription opioid products in the Counties, including claims arising out of the use and/or abuse of said opioid products.
