NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Qualifications-based competitive sealed proposals for professional design services will be received the contracting agency, the City of Grants, for RFP No. 2-2018-DRAINAGE. The City of Grants is requesting proposals for professional planning and engineering services for Drainage Washington/Jefferson, City of Grants, NM, Project Number 02-2018-DRAINAGE. Proposals will be received at Grants City Hall, 600 W. Santa Fe Ave., Grants, NM 87020 until Friday, March 16, 2018, 3:00 pm.
