COUNTY OF BERNALILLO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP #12-13-JV EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Bernalillo County Purchasing Department on behalf of Bernalillo County Human Resources Department is soliciting proposal from prospective Offerors for Employee Assistance Program services. For registered vendors, pertinent RFP documents, including the specifications and the proposed contract documents can be downloaded through the purchasing website at no cost. Wastewater flows from the parlors to the sumps and is pumped through a screen solids separator to a three-celled synthetically lined wastewater impoundment system for disposal by evaporation. The dairy facility is located at 140 Wheeler Road, approximately 1.5 miles northeast of Veguita, in the Belen Casa Colorada Land Grant (projected) Section 33, Township 4 North, Range 2 East, Valencia County and (projected) Section 4, Township 3 North, Range 2 East, Socorro County. Ground water beneath the site is at a depth of approximately 67 feet and had a pre-discharge total dissolved solids concentration of approximately 222 milligrams per liter. Sara Arthur Prior to ruling on any proposed Discharge Permit or its modification, the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) will allow thirty days after the date of publication of this notice to receive written comments and during which time a public hearing may be requested by any interested person, including the applicant. Requests for public hearing shall be in writing and shall set forth the reasons why a hearing should be held. A hearing will be held if NMED determines that there is substantial public interest. These powers and duties were formerly carried out by the New Mexico Health Policy Commission. It is the responsibility of the NMDOH to create rules regarding the collection, use and reporting of these data. The NMDOH is proposing a new administrative code (7.1.27 NMAC). The proposed rule relates to several specific areas, including specific information to be reported by state licensed general and specialty hospitals, the data access policy and public reporting requirements.
