The Administrative Office of the Courts is soliciting proposals for a Contractor to conduct a full and comprehensive assessment of the New Mexico alternative dispute resolution (ADR) programs in all courts (appellate, district metropolitan and magistrate courts). The assessment will include (1) a review of the 2009 Court ADR Survey conducted by the AOC; (2) further analysis of current court ADR programs in New Mexico; (3) a review of national court based ADR programs and relevant data; and (4) recommendations for improved methods of dispute resolutions and education the public about the benefits of those methods for consideration by the AOC. Proposals must be received at the AOC no later than March 29, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. MST. INVITIATION TO BID Sealed bids will be received by the Pueblo of Laguna, Environmental and Natural Resources Department- Environmental Program, at P.O. Box 194, Laguna, New Mexico 87026, phone: 505-552-7534 at 3:00 p.m. local time March 22, 2010, for the Clean-up Project of four areas located on Speedway Property in Rio Puerco Valley on Laguna Indian Reservation fee land. The project will be completed in two phases, so please submit your bid separately for each phase. Phase I includes the clean-ups of the three areas: large dump site, abandoned corral site and abandoned vehicles/vehicle parts area, located approximately 1.5 miles north/northeast from Route 66 Casino. Phase II includes the disposition of building and clean-up of the homestead sited located approximately 1 mile north/northwest from Route 66 Casino. The scope of work for both phases consist of, but is not limited to: providing access to each area, mobilization of heavy equipment, construction of trenches for disposal of construction and demolition waste, asbestos assessment of the building at the homestead siteand based on the results proper demolition and disposal of the structure, removal and disposal of municipal solid waste, tires, scrap metals, and abandoned vehicles at the appropriate facilities, restraining access to the large dump site, and other associated items supporting the clean-up project. The project scope of work, timelines, photographs and maps of each area will be available at the Environmental Program. Exposed trusses, ductwork and daylighting systems will serve as an ongoing educational interior. According to statute, a judicial district may create a safe exchange and supervised visitation program by local court rule approved by the Supreme Court. . . . In a safe exchange and supervised visitation program, the district court may employ or contract with a person (1) with whom a child may be left by one parent for a short period while waiting to be picked up by the other parent; or (2) to supervise visits among one or both parents and the child.
