ELECTION RESOLUTION-CITY OF ESPANOLA Resolution No. 2009- 34 Be it resolved by the governing body of the City of Espanola that: A.A regular municipal election for the election of municipal officers shall be held on March 2, 2010. Polls will open at 7:00 A.M. and close at 7:00 P.M. B.At the regular municipal election, persons shall be elected to fill the following elective offices: Four council seats and one Mayoral seat. 1.One Mayor for a four year term. 2.District #1, One Councilor for a four year term. 3.District #2, One Councilor for a four year term. 4.District #3, One Councilor for a four year term. 5.District#4, One Councilor for a four year term. Open Call- Requests for Proposals- HELP-New Mexico, Inc. is currently accepting applications for small sub-award grants through the Compassion Capital Fund offered to smaller, inexperienced faith/community based agencies. The awards range from $10,000 to $22,000. Applicant agency's last fiscal year's budget cannot have exceeded $500,000. LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA) seeks competitive sealed proposals for Professional Services for the project listed below. The project will extend from Comanche Road on the west to California Street on the east; a total distance of 2,500 feet. 1.Coordination with AMAFCA, COA, ABCWUA, NMED, COA Parks, 1% for Art, COA Animal Control, COA Public Safety (homeless - COAST), COA Environmental Health, neighborhood churches, Neighborhood Associations, and affected private land owners and neighbors as to the eventual use of the Right-of- Way for a multi-use trails and other possible recreational uses will be integral to the design.
