NAVAJO HOUSING AUTHORITY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DIVISION INVITATION FOR BIDS IFB# 144 The Navajo Housing Authority (NHA) (hereinafter called the "Owner") invites all General Contractors to bid on a General Construction Contract, which will include Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Work for 45 Conventional Housing Units at Navajo, Navajo Nation, New Mexico. The Owner will receive Sealed Bids until 11:00 AM, (MDST) on June 23, 2009 at the NHA Property & Supply Conference Room, N. Route 54, Old Coalmine Road, Fort Defiance, AZ 86504. Bids received after the specified date and time will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time.
