REQUEST FOR SEALED PROPOSALS (RFP# RPD-RYNO-BCS) The City of Albuquerque is requesting sealed proposals for the sale of the following described real property located within Bernalillo County subject to all exceptions to title, reservations, restrictions, encumbrances, options and easements of record, zoning, subdivision and other land use regulations. NOTICE OF CALL OF ELECTION AND OF NOMINATION OF DIRECTORS of the EASTERN SANDOVAL COUNTY ARROYO FLOOD CONTROL AUTHORITY to be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, the 8th day of November, 2016, concurrently with the General Election, an election of the qualified voters of the Eastern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority ("ESCAFCA"), shall be held for District Three within the boundaries of ESCAFCA, at which election the registered qualified electors of District Three of ESCAFCA shall elect one qualified elector as Director from ESCAFCA District Three [Sandoval County Precincts 2 and 3] who shall serve a six year term ending December 31, 2022.
