COUNTY OF BERNALILLO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP#33-15-AM Technical Assistance Services for County Clerk's Office On behalf of Bernalillo County Clerk's Office the Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide Technical Assistance Services for County Clerk's Office. Public Notice The New Mexico Environment Department (Department) has received an application for a radioactive material license amendment from National Inspection Services, LLC - for records only at 401 W. Stanolin Rd., Hobbs, NM 88240. During the early part of the evaluation period, the Department will review and comment upon the application. The Department may, at its discretion, retain consultants to assist in its evaluation of the application. Relevant comments and questions received by the Department from various agencies and interested parties will be forwarded to the applicant for response. Correspondence associated with the application will be on file with the Radiation Control Bureau and will be available for inspection by the applicant and any other interested parties. The Department has required the company to provide complete plans and other materials concerning, among other things, the public health, safety and environmental aspects of the proposed facility. The Department will analyze the license application carefully. During this analysis, the application will be reviewed to ensure that there are no deficiencies, that the application meets all applicable requirements and that there is no reason to believe that the operation will violate any laws or regulations. If the Department is so satisfied, it will issue a renewable Radioactive Material License to expire in five years. The activities of all licensees are inspected periodically to assure compliance with regulations and license conditions. New Mexico Department of Health Public Health Division/ Refugee Health Program Legal Notice - Request for Providers The New Mexico Department of Health Refugee Health Program is inviting medical interpretation providers to participate in the Department's Refugee Health Program, July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. Interested providers will offer telephone-based language interpretation services to newly arrived refugees during their initial health screen, mental health assessments, and subsequent health and mental health follow-up appointments. Interpretation services may be required in the following languages: Arabic, Farsi, Burmese, Pashto, Nepali, Somali, Vietnamese, Spanish, Kirundi, and Chinese. Reimbursement is based upon the rate specified in the Agreement, the availability of funding, and the accurate and complete submission of required reporting forms. Interested interpretation providers must demonstrate required licensure and certification, and must complete an application packet by May 1, 2015.
