NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #971 - Media Arts Trolley Barn Renovation/Addition ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a notification of a mandatory pre-proposal meeting for those prospective proposers who were unable to attend the pre-proposal meeting on February 23, 2015 due to the inclement weather. The additional pre-proposal meeting will be held on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 1:30 pm local time. Those in attendance on February 23, 2015 do not have to attend, however they are welcome to. Prospective proposers planning to attend must confirm their attendance by emailing Michael Saavedra, NMHU Director of Purchasing, at mjsaavedra@nmhu.edu and must do so by 5 pm local time on Wednesday, March 4, 2015. Only Prime Contractors are required to attend. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend but are not required. The meeting will be held at the facilities services building next to the construction site, 1051 11th Street, Las Vegas, New Mexico. There is no change to the due date and time for proposals.
